This policy covers Richish Uploads, the tool the Richish team uses to upload its own videos to the Richish YouTube channel, and this website, richish.sagakin.com.

This website

The website has no accounts, no forms, and no tracking or advertising cookies. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, and deletes them on a rolling basis.

Google user data

Richish Uploads uses YouTube API Services. When a team member signs in with Google, the app asks for two permissions:

• Upload videos (youtube.upload): to upload a finished Richish video, set its title, description, tags and thumbnail. Every upload is private; a person publishes it in YouTube Studio.
• View your YouTube account (youtube.readonly): to read the channel name, so the team can confirm the upload goes to the right channel.

The app stores only the sign-in token Google returns, in a private folder that only the Richish team can open. It does not store, sell or share any other Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not transfer it to anyone else. No person reads it except to operate the app.

Richish Uploads’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube and Google

By using Richish Uploads you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles your data under the Google Privacy Policy.

Removing access and data

You can remove the app’s access at any time on your Google Account permissions page. That makes the stored token useless; we also delete it on request.
